NW Doc

This page offers a glimpse into the work I did over the summer at my internship with NW Documentary, a small non-profit in Portland dedicated to storytelling.

These DVD cases were for the various summer camps NW Doc did over the summer. They were distributed to students, supporters and are being sold in the merchandise section of the website.

At Wordstock this year, NW Doc had both a storytelling booth and classic photo booth set up for people to enjoy. It was super popular and fun to be a part of. We used huge signage I designed all around the Convention Center to draw them in.

Ian’s latest project, Summer Snapshot, is a nostalgic exploration of summer memories. The ultimate summer memory for Ian is a hot day by the river. It is the warm tones of a Kodachrome camera and ethereal feel of the sun overhead. These are some of the pieces worked on to be the foundations for press packets, posters and takeaways.

This organization has existed for six years, yet they’ve never had business cards =( so I created these =)

The board wanted something they could have and pass out to people they know, some type of takeaway, “like a bookmark.” So at the request of those in charge, I present to you, the NW Documentary bookmark.

Here are some examples of promotional flyers for the workshops & classes I made to be distributed via email newsletters and social media outlets.
